I have worked for Cobalt Mortgage for 7 years now and am so honored to be part of a company that empowers it's employees to take excellent care of their clients. We are the largest privately held mortgage lender in Washington, and I can tell you after working with several companies in my 48 years, this is the most caring and committed company I've ever had the pleasure to work for. This largely comes from our owners who genuinely care about each of us and our success serving you. Ernie Gehre and Keith Tibbles are two people I hope you meet when you come in to see me!

I am born and raised right here in the Seattle area, and a graduate of WSU in 1984. I know any of you that are Huskies will enjoy the banter at Apple Cup, and I am always up for that! My single greatest strength is customer care. My entire career has always been service oriented. I promise I will listen well to what you are looking for, and do my best to provide it in a smooth and timely manner.

I have two beautiful children who keep me very busy and whom I adore most days! I'm an avid boater, and my favorite exercise is kick boxing. I have lived in Sammamish, Washington for 18 years now. If you are new to the area, I would love to help you get aquainted with Washington! Over the years I have established very strong connections that might help you in finding services you need. I am always happy to refer a service that I have found to be exceptional.

Terrie Luquette, Senior Loan Processor - Terrie has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and has been a part of underwriting, funding and also a Loan Officer. Terrie adds strength to our team with her pre-underwriting skills. Your loan process will be as smooth as possible with Terrie on your side.

Jessica Ebner, (MLO-276225) Loan Coordinator - Jessica has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years. Jessica has been a processor, funder and an underwriter. Jessica adds strength to our team with her knowledge of the mortgage business and her organization skills.

Cindy Pearson, Loan Coordinator/Marketing Asst.- Cindy has been with Cobalt Mortgage for over 3 years and worked with our team for over 2 years. She makes sure that our communication with you is consistent and clear during the loan process and after closing.
